WordPress Maintenance · White Label · For Agencies
Your agency has active clients. SO DO THEIR WEBSITES.
Every week, a client asks to change a price, upload a photo, or create a landing page for a campaign. Those tasks pile up. We handle them in WordPress under your brand, without your client ever knowing we exist.
- 100% confidential. Direct communication with your team.
THE MAINTENANCE YOU CHARGE FOR BECOMES YOUR MOST TIME-CONSUMING SERVICE.
The ticket queue
Your client's website went live three months ago. Since then, they've asked to change a product price, update the team photo, add a new section, and make "a tiny tweak to the homepage copy". Four tasks. Four times someone on your team had to stop what they were doing.
The margin that doesn't add up
You charge a monthly maintenance retainer. When the month is quiet, the margin is good. When the client is running a campaign and asks for five changes in two weeks, you're working at a loss. The model doesn't scale because it depends on how much each client asks for each month.
The risk of saying no
If you say those types of changes aren't included in maintenance, the client looks for another provider. If you say yes, you absorb the unbillable time. The hours bank solves this dilemma: you have allocated capacity, billed in advance, with no surprises either way.
WHAT WE SOLVE WITH THE HOURS BANK?
This service covers recurring WordPress tasks: what your clients ask for every week that doesn't justify opening a new project. Content changes, pricing updates, technical updates, new landing pages. The only thing not included is a complete website from scratch.
TASKS INCLUDED IN THE BANK:
- Text, image, or price changes on existing pages
- WooCommerce product and price updates
- WordPress core, plugin, and PHP updates
- Creation of new Elementor landing pages (campaigns, SEO, events)
- On-page SEO text optimization
- New sections on existing pages
- Blog post uploads with formatting and basic SEO
- Minor design tweaks on existing pages
What is not covered:
That is a fixed-price production project.

01
Onboarding (day 1)
Access and NDA
We sign the non-disclosure agreement, you receive access to your task management channel, and you send us the WordPress credentials for the sites to be covered. The communication channel is direct with the PM, with no intermediaries.
02
First task (days 2-3)
First task
You send us the first request through the channel. The PM assigns it, executes it within your plan's SLA, and notifies you when it's ready. You see the consumed time in real-time.
03
Monthly report
Monthly report
On the first day of each month, you receive the hours breakdown for the previous month: task by task, site by site, exact minutes. No rounding. You can forward the report to your client with your branding.
04
Renewal or change of plan
Renovation
At the end of the quarter, you decide whether to renew the same plan, upgrade your tier, or pause. In the Partner plan, unused hours roll over to the next quarter upon renewal.
THREE PLANS. ALL WHITE-LABEL.
Hours are consumed per task. Time tracking is by the minute, not rounded up to the hour. At the end of the quarter, you know exactly how every minute was spent.

Frequently Asked Questions
What tasks does the hours bank cover?
Any recurring WordPress task that isn't a completely new website. This includes content updates, WooCommerce pricing, Elementor landing pages, SEO copy, core and plugin updates, and adding sections to existing pages. If you're unsure whether a task qualifies, the PM will confirm within 24 hours before using up any hours.
What happens if I don't use all my hours within 3 months?
In the Pilot and Agency plans, unused hours expire at the end of the quarter. In the Partner plan, unused hours accumulate for the following quarter as long as you renew your account before it expires. There is no accumulation limit.
How do I request a task?
In the Pilot and Agency plans, you'll receive notifications via email or a shared task board. In the Partner plan, you'll receive notifications through a private Slack channel directly with the Project Manager. You describe the task, the Project Manager assigns it to the developer, notifies you when it's complete, and includes the estimated time spent.
Can I use hours for multiple clients simultaneously?
Forget endless forms. If you're on the 20 or 40-hour plan, we'll open a shared Slack channel with you and your team. You can message us as if we were sitting next door, our Project Manager will receive your message, assign it to a developer, and notify you when it's ready.
What is your task turnaround time?
It depends on the plan. Pilot Plan: 48-72 hours. Agency Plan: 48 hours. Partner Plan: 24 hours. Deadlines start from when the PM confirms receipt of the task, not from when you send it.
YOUR CLIENTS' TASK QUEUE ISN'T GOING AWAY.
Each active client generates requests. The Pilot Plan includes 5 hours: enough to resolve tasks for two or three clients over a quarter and see if the model works for your agency.
